Deborah Brown-Pullin

Founder & CEO | Lead Designer

I’m Deborah Brown-Pullin, a Certified Staging Professional and Interior Designer based in Savannah, Georgia. Originally from The Main Line in Pennsylvania, I bring a blend of East Coast sophistication and Southern charm to every project.

With a foundation in retail management, I developed a keen eye for color, texture, and customer-focused design. I studied Interior Design and Construction Management at AACC and later continued my education at Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a lifelong learner who believes that ongoing education and professional development are essential to providing thoughtful, informed design solutions.

Since launching my business in 2023, I specialize in professional home staging as a Certified Staging Professional and RESA-PRO professional. I help homeowners and real estate professionals prepare properties to attract buyers, create a strong first impression, and position homes for the market. My approach combines strategic presentation, thoughtful space planning, and a strong understanding of what appeals to today’s buyers.

As a certified RESA Instructor, I teach RESA’s “Staging to Sell: What Every Agent Should Know,” a 3-credit continuing education course for licensed realtors and brokers. Through this role, I help real estate professionals better understand the value of staging and how effective property preparation can support a successful sale.

I’m also proud to be involved with leading industry organizations, including the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), where I serve on the Practitioners Committee, and the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), where I have served in leadership. These professional connections keep me informed on evolving trends, techniques, and standards while allowing me to contribute to and learn from the design and staging community.
